While I see the novelty of having absolutely no panty line, I really can't imagine how anyone in their right mind would want to actually wear this little piece of adhesive fabric. I mean, just read the peeing instructions on their website:

When going to the bathroom carefully pull the panties to the side and replace when finished. If you accidentally remove the panty then replace it with a new adhesive. Always keep a spare Shibue adhesive with you.
